Everybody waits for the beginning of the year to make that change that we all feel will better our life in some shape or form. I have decided to do something different this year and not have a new year’s resolution. Because like the vast majority of the world I am not the best person to actually keep up with my resolution. I figure I will surprise myself as the year goes a long. I know the tradition must go on, so lets take a look at the top New Year’s Resolution
- Lose weight

- Drink Less alcohol

- Reduce stress
